Conleth O’Flynn came to AHA Consulting Engineers by way of Ireland, where he earned his degree from Dublin University (Trinity College Dublin) and attended the Dublin Institute of Technology. More than 16 years ago he relocated his family to start the Southeast regional office. He has been responsible for a wide variety of project types, including mission critical, higher education, healthcare, corporate office, mixed-use and industrial. By nature, he is a problem solver, always eager to provide people with solutions to make their world better and easier. He is also diligent about keeping a step ahead of industry technology and methods. He applies both of these talents to provide the best client-specific services tailored for their individual organizational needs. Conleth advocates a holistic approach to client service. Rather than just answering questions, he delves deep to learn why questions were asked to find the most comprehensive solution. He has applied this approach to the historic renovation of the Sears Building, the conversion of old mills into museums, performance and office space for Mass MoCA and the bleeding edge eBay Mercury and Quicksilver projects. Conleth is dedicated to his trade and excited to collaborate with anyone who can teach him something new. He derives satisfaction from providing superior client service and enhancing the lives of his colleagues through dynamic collaboration. While Conleth frequently puts in long hours for the benefit of his clients, he also finds time for home projects, golf, soccer and travel.
